  • Name10. No development/ site works to start until Green Infrastructure Biodiversity Management Plan, including long term design objectives, management responsibilities & maintenance schedules, including ecological measures for all landscape areas, other than domestic gardens, has been submitted to/ agreed in writing by LPA. Agreed GIBMP to be fully implemented. 11. No part of development as approved to be used until details of updated Residential Travel Plan is submitted to/ agreed in writing by LPA. Plan to address travel implications of use of whole site as if development approved were to have been fully completed and occupied. Agreed plan to be implemented in accordance with approved details and after implementation of proposals and achievement of targets of the Plan to be subject to regular monitoring and review reports to the LPA and if invoked to implementation of specified additional measures. 18. No development, including site works, to take place until surface water drainage scheme for the site, based on sustainable drainage principles and assessment of hydrological and hydro geological context of development, has been submitted to and approved in writing by LPA. Drainage strategy should demonstrate surface water run-off generated up to and including 100 year critical storm plus an appropriate allowance for climate change will not exceed the run-off from undeveloped site following corresponding rainfall event.
